Who we are
RevueShow is a macOS application and service for theatrical production recording and playback. RevueShow is developed and operated in Australia. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@showrevue.com.
What we collect
Account and licensing. When you sign up or purchase a licence, we collect your email address and payment details. Payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers.
Usage. The RevueShow app runs entirely on your Mac. Show recordings, cue data, notes, and session files are stored locally on your machine and are never uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly export or share them.
RevueShowLive. RevueShowLive streams over your local area network. No show footage or cue data is routed through RevueShow servers.
Crash and diagnostics. If you opt in, anonymised crash reports may be sent to help us improve stability. No show content is included.
How we use your data
- To deliver and activate your licence.
- To send transactional emails (licence confirmation, renewal notices).
- To respond to support requests.
- To improve the application using anonymised crash data (opt-in only).
We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing email without consent.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing and Auth0 for account authentication. Each service has its own privacy policy. We use Supabase for licence and account data storage, hosted in the United States.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@showrevue.com. Licence records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes as required by Australian law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Australian residents have rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
Cookies
This website uses only functional cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active licence holders.
